Our Residential Remodeling Program is rooted in the thoughtful transformation of distinctive homes — where meticulous craftsmanship meets innovative design. Since 2018, under the leadership of Dr. Ruth Brown, our team has successfully remodeled over 19 homes and facilitated over $53 million in residential sales across Arizona, Colorado, and California. We bring a tailored approach to each project, delivering bespoke renovations that balance elevated aesthetics with modern functionality—from initial concept through completion.
Leadership with Ruth Brown
At the helm is Dr. Ruth Brown, a former surgeon whose transition into luxury real estate and development has infused the program with discipline, analytical precision, and design-forward vision. As Director of our Residential Division, Dr. Brown leads projects across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Las Vegas, and Aspen, applying her signature rigor to every detail.
A notable example of her impact is the award-worthy transformation of Scottsdale Fire Station No. 3, now home to Diversified Partners’ modern corporate headquarters—an achievement that exemplifies her ability to reimagine spaces while preserving their essence.
