Dr. Ruth Brown is a dynamic force at Diversified Partners, serving as Chief Partner, Director of the Residential Division, and a licensed real estate agent. She leads high-end residential and commercial projects across Las Vegas, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Aspen, applying a unique blend of surgical precision, creative design, and entrepreneurial savvy.

A Michigan native raised in a family of doctors, Dr. Brown’s early life revolved around competitive sports and academic excellence—graduating valedictorian before embarking on a distinguished medical career. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) and completed a surgical fellowship at the University of Chicago, going on to spend 15 years as an acute care general surgeon. Her leadership roles included Professor of Surgery, Vice Chief of Surgery, and Director of Acute Care Surgery. She is also a proud Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons (FACOS).

In 2016, Dr. Brown pivoted from medicine into entrepreneurship and real estate, launching a profitable short-term rental business and spearheading the remodeling of over 19 homes across Arizona, Colorado, and California with her husband, Walt. Her strategic eye and disciplined execution quickly made her a standout in the design and development space.

One of her most notable projects came in 2022, when she led the full transformation of Scottsdale’s historic Fire Station No. 3 into Diversified Partners’ stunning new 7,500-square-foot corporate headquarters. From initial vision through construction management and interior detailing, the project showcases her ability to fuse functionality with architectural creativity.
