Just steps from State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Arena, VAI Resort, and Tanger Outlets, the center is nearly fully leased—anchored by brands like McDonald’s, Starbucks, Swig, Señor Taco, Nautical Bowls, Bonchon, Pacific Dental Services, La Botana, Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, and more. With tenant build-outs set to begin later this year, the development is on track to open in early 2026.
