Kelly O’Dea, a commercial real estate agent at Diversified Partners, joined the firm in late 2024, bringing an extensive background in commercial real estate and a passion for the industry. Over the course of his career, he has completed hundreds of sales and lease transactions across a range of asset classes, building long-term relationships through a client-focused approach.
Operating with an independent, hands-on style, O’Dea has had great success in taking on complex assignments, including challenging listings and assets that have previously struggled to transact. He approaches each opportunity with a tailored, adaptive strategy designed to align with his clients’ objectives, timing, and risk profile.
Whether executing quickly to capture momentum or exercising patience to maximize value, his focus remains consistent in achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.
O’Dea specializes in investment sales, owner-user dispositions, and land transactions. He leverages targeted, often multi-layered marketing strategies to create competition and drive results. His disciplined execution and attention to detail have led to a consistently high transaction success rate.
As an honors graduate of Arizona State University, O’Dea earned a degree in supply chain management. His background in logistics and negotiation enhances his ability to guide clients through the full lifecycle of a transaction, from initial analysis and positioning through execution.
Outside of work, O’Dea is a proud father of his three daughters and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and exploring Arizona’s outdoors.
