Wendy Rieker brings over 20 years of experience in construction, HVAC, and development support, with a passion for seeing projects come to life from the ground up. Her journey began during her 12 years with Fry’s Food Stores in their construction department, where she discovered a deep appreciation for the building and development process. Since 2005, she has continued working across the construction and HVAC industries, building hands-on experience and strong operational knowledge along the way.

Wendy is known for her hardworking nature, positive energy, and team-first mindset. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her dogs, and baking, which has become one of her favorite creative outlets.
