Lance von Sprecken began his career with Diversified Partners in 2024 as an intern, where he gained experience in underwriting, market research, retail development, and tenant representation. After graduating from Grand Canyon University in three years with a degree in Finance and getting his real estate license, Lance joined Diversified Partners full-time in the summer of 2026 as a Development Coordinator.

In his role, Lance supports the development team through project coordination, leasing, site analysis, underwriting, and communication with brokers, tenants, architects, general contractors, civil engineers, consultants, and other project partners. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of retail development and brings a strong work ethic, financial background, and attention to detail to each project. Lance is committed to continuing to grow within commercial real estate while contributing to the successful execution of Diversified Partners’ development projects.

Outside of work, Lance enjoys working out, camping, and is a huge fan of basketball and football.
