Originally from Pittsburgh, Joshua made the move to the valley in 2007. With 15 years of accounting experience, he has built a strong foundation in financial reporting, operational accounting, and process management, including 3 years specializing in commercial real estate accounting. With a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Grand Canyon University and experience in commercial real estate accounting, he brings a deep understanding of the operations, financial analysis, and fast paced nature of the industry.

Outside of the office, Joshua likes to spend time with his children, cheering on his hometown Steeler’s, the Arizona Diamondbacks and making memories with his family and girlfriend
