Jack Rodrigues began his career at Diversified Partners in November 2022 as Sales & Leasing Agent. Prior to that, he developed a passion for the industry from 2016-2018 as a summer intern for Diversified Partners while he was finishing high school in Northern California. Owner and CEO, Walt Brown Jr exposed Jack to the world of retail development and personally mentored from the position as a broker and an Owner of a leading retail development firm. Wanting to stay close to the Diversified Partners office, he graduated from Arizona State University in 2022 with a degree in Business Law. Jack began to work for Diversified upon his graduation, and immediately applied his prior work and educational experience into his day to day life. With excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic, he established a reputation for delivering outstanding results for his clients. Jack’s desire to understand complex transactions in commercial real estate has allowed him to grow into a development role where he assists in leasing and project management for some of Diversified Partners latest developments.  

Jack is committed to growing his career and knowledge in commercial real estate through his work on various retail development projects at Diversified Partners. Jack is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and values the relationship and educational aspects of the business.  

Outside of work, Jack enjoys going to the gym, golfing, shooting, and traveling.
