Ingrid Gallardo serves as Executive Assistant to Walt Brown, CEO of Diversified Partners. With a background in real estate, entrepreneurship, and project coordination, Ingrid brings a strong blend of organization, communication, and strategic support to the executive team.

Originally from Rio Vista, California, Ingrid holds a degree in Political Science from San Jose State University and spent a year studying abroad in Florence, Italy — with an emphasis in EU Politics. She is a licensed Realtor in both Arizona and California, with hands-on experience in real estate operations. Before relocating to Arizona, she operated her own real estate business and worked as a real estate assistant. Her experience spans both in the business and creative sides of real estate -from managing transactions, city communications and drafting contracts to overseeing remodeling projects and leading marketing initiatives: including website development, traditional & social media marketing.

Having traveled to 40 countries, Ingrid brings a global perspective and a deep appreciation for architecture, history, and culture. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, exploring new places, and spending time with her family & two border collies, Hermes and Athena—named after Greek gods.
