Delaney McGroarty began her career at Diversified Partners in November 2021 as an intern while attending Arizona State University. Following graduation, she transitioned into the role of Entitlements Coordinator, where she gained hands-on experience in development, built strong relationships with municipalities, and deepened her understanding of the brokerage side of the business.

In 2024, Delaney moved into a full-time brokerage role, focusing on tenant and landlord representation, retail leasing and sales, and overall deal execution. While her primary focus is now brokerage, she remains actively involved in project management and continues to lead several development projects. Delaney is passionate about the retail real estate industry and is committed to growing her career in both brokerage and development. Outside the office, Delaney enjoys exercising, cooking, hanging out with friends, and visiting her family in California.
