Colton Sanchez serves as the Investment Analyst and Associate broker for the investment sales team. With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate and global financial markets, Colton brings a sophisticated, data-driven perspective to the investment sales team. His expertise in financial modeling, asset valuation, and capital sourcing enables clients to maximize value through strategic investment decisions and structured financing solutions.

Before joining the investment sales team, Colton served as an Analyst with R.W. Kline Companies in Phoenix, where he evaluated development opportunities, secured debt and equity placement, and supported complex restructuring initiatives. Previously, Colton served as Vice President for the Andean Region at First Trust Portfolios, one of the largest global ETF providers. He led the firm’s Latin American expansion, establishing operations across Mexico, Chile, Peru, and Uruguay.
