Amy Dattilo is currently the Investor Relations Coordinator at Diversified Partners. She has built a strong career in commercial real estate, negotiating sales and long-term leases across retail, office, and industrial properties in Phoenix and Tucson, AZ. Amy has also represented developers in ground-up and build-to-suit projects, guiding them through the full lifecycle from planning to profitability. Her experience includes serving as Lease Administrator for a retail portfolio of 100+ properties and managing 1.2 million square feet of retail space with over 350tenants.

Committed to community growth, Amy has served as Chair of the Business Retention and Expansion Program with the Greater Phoenix Chamber and as an Ambassador and Public Policy Committee member for the Tucson Metro Chamber. She is an active member of ICSC(International Council of Shopping Centers) and AZCREW (Commercial Real Estate Women),where she previously served as Board Secretary. She also has been active with GPEC, ULI and NAIOP.

Beyond her career, Amy is dedicated to giving back through volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, UMOM, Sister Jose, and the Boys and Girls Club. With three years of international living and business experience, she brings a global perspective and adaptability to her work.

Outside the office, Amy enjoys time with her family, mountain trail running, cooking, live music, and creating art. She studied Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Operations at Ivy Tech State College in Indiana and holds an Arizona Department of Real Estate license.
