Ms. Amy Dattilo currently serves as an Associate Vice President at Diversified Partners. Throughout her career in commercial real estate, she has negotiated sales and long-term leases across retail, office, and industrial divisions in both Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona. She has represented developers in ground-up and build-to-suit retail and industrial projects, guiding efforts from early planning through successful delivery and profitability. Amy’s experience also includes lease administration oversight for a 100+ retail site portfolio and operational support as Assistant Property Manager for a 1.2 million-square-foot retail portfolio with more than 350 tenants.

Deeply committed to community and business development, Amy has served as Chair of the Business Retention & Expansion Program within the Greater Phoenix Chamber’s Economic Development Committee, and as an Ambassador and Public Policy Committee member for the Tucson Metro Chamber. She is an active member of ICSC and former Board Secretary for AZCREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women). She has participating in related organizations such as, GPEC, ULI, and NAIOP.

Beyond her professional career, Amy is dedicated to community impact through volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity, UMOM, Sister José Women’s Center, and the Boys & Girls Club. With nearly four years of international living and business experience, she brings global perspective, adaptability, and creativity to her work. Outside the office, Amy enjoys time with her family, is an entrepreneur, mountain trail runner, live-music enthusiast, and artist. She studied Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Operations at Ivy Tech State College in Indiana and holds an Arizona real estate license.
