Glendale Promenade will be a prominent Power Center along the new Loop 303 Freeway in Glendale, Arizona. This site is located on the Southeast corner of Loop 303 and Peoria Road. The project will include approximately 900,000 square feet of retail, a movie theater and restaurants.
